Please inspect the item upon receiving to check for any discrepancies. Should you want to return your ordered item, please notify us immediately once the product has been received. Exchange is only allowed for the following reasons:
  • Item received was damaged during delivery
  • Item received is spoiled
  • Item received is incorrect

For items that do not meet the quality standard of the brand, an exchange can be made within 2 days of item received. Exchange is only allowed if:
  • Returned beverage volume is more than three quarter of the bottle
  • Returned food product is past its expiry date or does not appear fresh
  • Evaluation will be conducted by our team to determine the quality of the item
