- Item received was damaged during delivery
- Item received is spoiled
- Item received is incorrect
For items that do not meet the quality standard of the brand, an exchange can be made within 2 days of item received. Exchange is only allowed if:
- Returned beverage volume is more than three quarter of the bottle
- Returned food product is past its expiry date or does not appear fresh
- Evaluation will be conducted by our team to determine the quality of the item
