To ensure the freshest blooms and careful arrangement, a two-day advance notice is required for all flower bouquet orders. Thank you for allowing us the time to prepare each arrangement with care.

In the event that any flowers, containers, packaging materials, or hamper items are unavailable, we will substitute them with alternatives of equal or greater value, ensuring the aesthetic integrity of your arrangement is preserved.

To guarantee the timely delivery of your order, these substitutions may be made without prior notification.

Our flowers and foliage are delivered fresh to ensure peak quality. For best results, we recommend a conditioning period of 3-4 hours upon arrival, as your selection may come from the most recent fresh shipments received on the day of delivery.
