The 2016 Meursault les Tillets has a shimmering, green gold colour it has a crispy feel to the nose, reminiscent of green apples, fresh and ripe, bright and appetising. There is a Pulignyesque attraction here; white flowers and mineral precision which is reflected in a harmonious, focused, refined palate and throughout the poised, attenuated finish. This is a lovely wine, with great personality. There's some ripeness to the fruit here, apple and pear on the nose and front end, citrus on the finish and mid, lovely balance and energy, full bodied and poised.
