The palate displays generous bright flavours – Morello cherry, hazelnut, raspberry and darker berry fruits, all wrapped up in a medium-bodied palate, where oak and tannin are a positive part of the texture and inviting structure. A beautiful balanced wine with strength, fruit depth and elegance. The intense, fruity wine that comes from the Shiraz grape pairs well with red meats, barbecue flavours, dark chocolate and fruit.
